Below is a detailed description of our shipping policies. We offer two differentiated shipping methods for our global customers, allowing you to choose based on your delivery time and budget when placing your order. Details are below.
Standard Shipping: A flat fee of US$5.99 applies to each order. There is no additional charge for standard items (such as storage boxes, tableware, and cultural supplies). Special items (such as large storage units, fragile ceramic sets, and liquid cleaners) incur an additional US$2-6 reinforcement/compliance handling fee. This fee will be clearly indicated on the product details page and automatically added to the order when you place your order.
Service Features: Highly cost-effective, suitable for customers with less urgent delivery times. Basic protective packaging (bubble wrap, cardboard boxes) is provided, and full logistics tracking is supported. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address and in your account message upon order shipment.
VIP Shipping: A flat fee of $15.99 per order covers all grocery items (including bulky, fragile, and liquid items). No additional reinforcement or compliance fees are required, and priority delivery resources are allocated.
Features: Fast delivery, comprehensive guarantees, and suitable for urgent needs (such as holiday decorations and emergency kitchen supplies). Customized shock-resistant packaging (custom foam molds and multi-layer bubble wrap) is used for fragile items (glassware and ceramic ornaments) to reduce the risk of shipping damage.
To thank our customers for their support, we're offering free shipping on orders over a certain amount. The details are as follows: Free shipping conditions: If the total purchase price (after deducting coupons and discounts) of all items in an order exceeds $39.99, shipping fees for that order will be automatically waived. Regardless of whether you choose standard or VIP shipping, there is no shipping fee.
Special Note: If an order contains multiple sub-orders (e.g., custom groceries and regular groceries shipped separately), only a single sub-order with a total payment of $39.99 or more will qualify for free shipping. Standard shipping charges will apply to all other sub-orders.

If a partial refund is issued after order payment, resulting in a remaining balance less than $39.99, we will deduct the original waived shipping fee from the refund (calculated based on the original shipping method: $5.99 for standard shipping, $15.99 for VIP shipping).

During promotional events (e.g., Double 11, Black Friday, and Christmas), the free shipping threshold may be temporarily adjusted. This adjustment will be prominently posted on the official website homepage and will not affect existing orders. Handling of abnormal logistics situations: If the product is found to be damaged due to transportation when signing for it, you must refuse to sign on the spot and take photos/videos of the "damaged part of the product + packaging + logistics order number". Contact customer service within 24 hours to submit the materials. After review, we will support a full refund or free reissue, and the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by us; if it is found to be damaged after signing for it, you must provide "proof of no damage at the time of signing" (such as a receipt record stamped by the logistics company), otherwise you will need to negotiate the responsibility with the logistics company, and we will assist in providing order and logistics vouchers; if the product cannot be delivered or is returned due to an incorrect delivery address you filled in (such as a missing house number or incorrect street name), you will be responsible for the secondary transportation fee (standard transportation US$5.99/time, VIP transportation US$15.99/time); if the product is returned and you no longer need it, we will refund the remaining amount for you after deducting the original transportation fee.
