You will be required to provide your mobile phone number or email address (for account verification and password recovery if registering through our customer service email address service@maxflect.com) and set a password. This information is used to identify your account, prevent account theft, fraudulent registrations, and ensure account security. You can add information such as your name, birthday, profile picture, and frequently used delivery addresses (you can save multiple addresses for quick ordering). This information can improve shopping efficiency (for example, you don't need to re-enter your address each time you order) and receive birthday-exclusive grocery discounts. Not providing this information will not affect basic shopping functions. To complete the product delivery and transaction process, you must provide the recipient's name, contact number, and detailed delivery address (including province/city/district, street number, and zip code). When making a payment, you must provide your payment account information (such as the last four digits of your bank card number and your third-party payment platform account ID). We do not store sensitive payment data such as your full bank card password or payment verification code; we only synchronize payment results to confirm order status.
When you browse our website, search for grocery items (such as "kitchen storage boxes" and "vintage cultural and creative products"), view product detail pages, or participate in promotions, we collect your device information (device model, operating system, IP address, browser type, device unique identifier), browsing behavior (product categories viewed, duration of visit, click paths, items added to cart but not purchased), and search keywords. This information is anonymized and not linked to your real identity. It is used only to optimize website functionality and product recommendations. Click the "Edit" button next to the corresponding information to change your phone number (requires SMS verification), update your delivery address (delete uncommon addresses), and modify your personal information (such as your name and profile picture). Changes take effect immediately. If you need to delete some non-essential information (such as browsing history and delivery addresses for completed orders), you can do so in "Personal Center - Privacy Settings." If you wish to cancel your account, you can submit a request through "Personal Center - Account Security - Account Cancellation" or contact customer service at service@maxflect.com for assistance. After account cancellation, we will delete all of your personal information within 7 business days (unless required by law or regulation) and will no longer use your account to provide services.
We will update this Privacy Policy from time to time based on legal revisions, business adjustments, or technological developments. Updated terms will be prominently posted in the "Privacy Policy" section of the maxflect.com homepage for at least 7 days, and notifications will be sent via your account-linked email address or text message. If you continue to use our services after the terms are updated, you will be deemed to have agreed to the updated terms. If you disagree with the updates, you may stop using our services and request account cancellation. We will process your submitted personal information in accordance with the original terms until your account is cancelled.
